We are looking for a Recruiter to fuel our future growth. Working at a scale-up means flexibility, excitement, variety in responsibilities and above all growth. Of course growth for yourself, but also of Datashift. Not an easy job, but in this role you help us finding the right Datashifters!

• Identify and attract top talent for open roles—your work ensures no vacancy stays unfilled.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding great candidates.

• Boost Datashift’s employer brand and visibility across top candidate channels and job platforms.

• Plan and host engaging recruitment events to connect with high-potential future employees.

• Lead personal projects to improve recruitment strategy, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency.

• Collaborate with passionate teammates who value data, innovation, and people.

• Take ownership and grow your career beyond traditional recruitment responsibilities.

Your Profile

• 1–6 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including internships, is highly valued.

• Bring any recruitment expertise—Datashift values best practices and continuous improvement.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English—clear communication is key in our hiring process.

• Adaptable mindset and eager to contribute to a fast-scaling company journey.

• Thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment where quick thinking is essential.

• You take ownership—responsibility doesn’t scare you, it motivates you.
